At AlmaCamper we process personal data to answer enquiries, manage bookings, process payments, comply with legal obligations related to motorhome rental, and provide the optional analytics and measurement you authorise.

Data and purposes

• Enquiries: contact details and message content, to respond to requests.
• Bookings and rental agreement: identification, contact, driver, trip, vehicle and extras data, to perform the contract.
• Payments and billing: amounts, payment status and invoice data. Full card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by AlmaCamper.
• Transactional communications: booking confirmations, balance payment reminders and service-related messages.

Optional analytics and measurement

With your consent, we can measure visits and results using Google Analytics and, if you choose it separately, Google Ads, as explained in our Cookie Policy.

Microsoft Clarity helps us improve public pages through heatmaps and recordings of clicks and scrolling. It loads only after explicit analytics consent in the updated panel. We exclude the cart, payment, orders, account and contact pages, signed-in visits, and addresses containing sensitive or unsupported parameters; form fields are masked. We do not send Clarity purchase events or personal customer identifiers. Microsoft receives technical information, interactions and pseudonymous identifiers, not completely anonymous data. We do not grant Microsoft advertising permission.

This analytics processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw using Privacy / cookies in the footer. Withdrawal stops Clarity and removes its accessible first-party cookies, but does not delete information already sent. Microsoft states that recordings are retained for 30 days; favorites and a sample may be retained for up to 9 months. Microsoft may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its Privacy Statement. See also the provider’s retention and transfer information.

Recipients and retention

Data may be shared with payment providers, hosting and email providers, insurers, advisors and public authorities where legally required. Booking and billing data are kept for applicable legal limitation periods. Enquiry data are kept for the time needed to answer and follow up.

Your rights

You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reservas@almacamper.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
