At AlmaCamper we process personal data only where necessary to answer enquiries, manage bookings, process payments and comply with legal obligations related to motorhome rental.

Data and purposes

• Enquiries: contact details and message content, to respond to requests.
• Bookings and rental agreement: identification, contact, driver, trip, vehicle and extras data, to perform the contract.
• Payments and billing: amounts, payment status and invoice data. Full card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by AlmaCamper.
• Transactional communications: booking confirmations, balance payment reminders and service-related messages.

Recipients and retention

Data may be shared with payment providers, hosting and email providers, insurers, advisors and public authorities where legally required. Booking and billing data are kept for applicable legal limitation periods. Enquiry data are kept for the time needed to answer and follow up.

Your rights

You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reservas@almacamper.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
